Commission approves Riverdale solar plan after equipment is relocated out of primary street view

The board’s approval included the relocation caveat and a requirement to submit revised drawings reflecting the west-northwest placement. The applicant agreed to provide updated engineering sheets and dimensions for the inverter; commissioners noted the visual impact would be minimal because the proposed equipment would be partially screened by existing shrubbery.
