The Clerk then conducted a roll call in which the members named by the Clerk were recorded as voting in the affirmative (Gerry Hoefer: "Aye"; Elias Flores: "Yes"; Cara Pellegrini: "Yes"; David Kent: "Yes").
The Presenter also noted that in some months the city had been "utilizing more" than the baseline that informed the increase. The motion passed per the roll call recorded in the meeting. The council moved on to the next agenda item.
