Town staff: Airtech housing on track for August Plan Commission review; daycare still in layout phase

Melissa Woolard, speaking for town staff, told commissioners that the housing portion of the Airtech project is on the projected Plan Commission approval timeline for August and that the developers expect to close on the land shortly after those approvals. "That's going to be set in August, as of now, and they would like to close shortly after that on the land," Woolard said.
Woolard added the daycare component had not yet been submitted to the planning process because developers were working with a prospective operator to finalize the site layout. Commissioners acknowledged the update and had no further questions; staff said they still expect the project to meet current grant timelines.
