Council Board of Aviation Commissioners approves minutes and hears grants update
Summary

At its July meeting the Council Board of Aviation Commissioners approved the minutes from the previous meeting and voted to approve claims.
Paul, speaking during the staff report, said, "We did get the approval back on, June 4" regarding the NDOT grant and noted, "We're just waiting on the FAA to process those." He told the board the closeouts total six grants and that the board will seek the remaining reimbursements "between now and fiscal year 2029, to pay off, the financing of the hangar." Paul said staff prepared a specification and picture document and that they are waiting on NDOT staff to clear solicitation for quotes.
The board recorded motions, seconds and voice votes to approve the minutes and the claims. No additional action items were reported for the month. Paul said, "So we hope to have quotes in for your August meeting," indicating the next procedural step for the NDOT-funded work.
The meeting proceeded to old and new business where no items were raised, and the board adjourned later in the session.
