River's Edge project moves forward with parking, ADA and skate-park work

Marla also described accessibility work at the amphitheater: additional concrete seating and dedicated ADA spaces were added per a prior state grant request. She said fencing for the skate‑park area and playground removals will begin August 1, after which earthwork and installation of a deep bowl skate feature and a pump track will proceed. The board heard that the planned configuration aims to balance vehicle access, spectator circulation and ADA-compliant seating for events.
