Brad Boland updated the board on Historic Preservation Month outreach materials and volunteer staffing plans.
Boland said posters had been printed and that sidewalk decals, walking-tour brochures, yard signs and flyers were available; he asked which materials the board wanted at the table at the spring kickoff concert on May 16 (set-up around 4:00 p.m.). Chair Lang and other members praised the poster design and agreed to help staff the table for brief shifts.
Boland said historical society walking tours had started and the board’s table would be staffed as volunteers are available. He offered to send follow-up emails with times and an inventory of remaining materials, and the board asked that tax-credit flyers be included for distribution.
