"They approached me a few weeks ago and asked if Iron County and municipalities would be willing to designate April as prevent child abuse month," Blake said, and urged the council to support a meet-and-greet event to introduce the organization to the community.
Mayor (speaker S2) moved to adopt the resolution and received a second. The roll call included recorded 'aye' votes during the action; the mayor declared the motion carried and encouraged residents to support awareness activities during April.
