Under New Business the board considered Waukon Middle School HVAC Project Change Authorization Requests and approved CAR 22 for $12,173.45 (motion by Jesse Delaney, seconded by Kelly Deeney). The meeting adjourned at 7:05 a.m. on a motion by John Palmer, seconded by Jesse Delaney, with the vote recorded as all ayes. The minutes note staff Jaime Curtin (Board Secretary) and Superintendent Jay Mathis were present and that there were no visitors.
