Board approves template Grant of Easement for drainage from PSGRC to RRCDD and authorizes repeated usage with sketches

District Counsel Tony Pires presented a Proposed Grant of Easement for drainage from the Pelican Sound Golf and River Club (PSGRC) to the River Ridge CDD. Mr. Long and Mr. Krebs said they were comfortable with a blanket drainage easement template, with the caveat that each instance would include a sketch and legal description when it is added to an agenda for approval.
Mr. Krebs said he is preparing two additional drainage easements—one for Seaside II and one for the Golf Course area—and will forward them to Mr. Pires when complete. On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Schultz, with all in favor, the Proposed Grant of Easement for Drainage from the PSGRC to RRCDD was approved.
