River Ridge CDD adopts amended FY2025 budget

The River Ridge Community Development District adopted the fiscal year 2024/2025 budget on Aug. 27, 2024, after staff corrected errors in the posted draft. District Manager Chuck Adams told the board that “the Fiscal Year 2025 budget in the agenda is not correct,” and staff made scrivener edits including a clarified description for the street-sweeping line item.
The board opened and closed the statutorily required public hearing with no affected property owners speaking. On motion by Mr. Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Robert Twombly, the board adopted Resolution 2024-07 relating to annual appropriations and adopting the budget as amended; the motion carried unanimously. The budget covers the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2024 and ending Sept. 30, 2025. The board also authorized staff to make ministerial budget amendments as needed.
