River Ridge board adopts Resolution 2025-01, elects officers and removes prior appointee

The River Ridge CDD board adopted Resolution 2025-01 to elect officers and provide an effective date. Mr. Blumenthal nominated Bob Schultz for Chair and Terry Mountford for Vice Chair; Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill were nominated as Assistant Secretaries. The Resolution also removes James Gilman from the Board's officer listings. The motion was seconded and adopted "with all in favor."
The resolution also reaffirmed several prior appointments to administrative roles that remain unaffected, including Chesley "Chuck" Adams as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as Assistant Secretary and Treasurer. The board recorded the adoption as a formal governance action on Oct. 22, 2024.
