The River Ridge Community Development District board unanimously appointed resident Keith Merrill to fill the vacant Seat 1 (term runs through November 2026). Chair Bob Schultz nominated Merrill; on motion by Mr. Schultz and seconded by Mr. Twombly, the appointment was approved with all in favor.
Mrs. Cleo Adams, acting as a notary, administered the Oath of Office to Mr. Merrill. Mrs. Adams and District Counsel Tony Pires reviewed required ethics training and disclosure filings including Form 1 and Form 8B, the Sunshine Law and public records obligations for CDD board members.
