The assistant superintendent summarized net changes compared with the current year—approximately $5,400 less overall—while noting Title I increased by roughly $10,000 and Title II decreased by roughly $25,000. Trustees asked how the ranking and distribution rules drive allocations across schools, and staff explained that allocations are driven by school-level eligibility measures (free-and-reduced-lunch percentages and other ranking distributions). The district invited public comment through early June and will finalize grant applications after that window closes.
