Stipend employees tell RSU 18 board they lack reviews and want professional development

"You could work in one of these positions for 10 years without a single check-in or a meeting about your performance," Tuningley said, urging the board to survey stipend staff with a third-party process and to ensure administrators communicate expectations and decisions candidly. She described being ignored when requesting follow-up and said that stipend employees "work for the community" and deserve clearer processes.
