Indianapolis City ERG invites employees to volunteer with Trinity Haven and share career paths

Jenny White described "Tuesdays with Professionals," a lunch‑and‑learn series where employees talk to residents about career paths. "We provide pizza, and you can talk to the residents for about 45 to 50 minutes about your career," she said, encouraging employees to sign up as informal mentors or presenters. The ERG discussed arranging presentations and shared that city job application information is publicly available and streamlined for multiple openings.
The presentation included an invitation to ERG members to participate as hosts, workshop leaders or ambassadors and a plan for the ERG to coordinate future engagement and share the session recording with colleagues.
