Residents and business owners voice support for Proposal 192, citing potholes and economic competitiveness

Ryan Shkrel, a Pike Township business owner, said better roads matter for recruiting and retaining employers and reducing vehicle repair costs for businesses. "I think it's an economic growth," Shkrel said, arguing that smoother roads could make Marion County more competitive with neighboring counties that have newer pavement. Both commenters urged councilmembers to support the proposal.
