Board renews commercial fuel services contract with Corpay for one year

Brian Kavanaugh, general counsel for DPW, asked the board to ratify Amendment No. 6 to contract 21711 with Corpay Incorporated for commercial fuel services. He said the amendment extends the agreement one year to June 8, 2027, after which DPW intends to recompete the contract. Kavanaugh noted the department’s yearly expenditures under the agreement are approximately $5,500,000.
A board member asked whether Corpay was associated with Speedway fuel; Kavanaugh confirmed that is the case. Board members approved the amendment by voice vote.
