Hibbert introduced Norcon Incorporated for Gustafson Field work and asked the board to approve change order #1 for $55,820.17 to finish site work and install a wood fence around a new gravel parking lot. He also summarized final change order #2 for Chapel Hill Park, listing unexpected issues including a relocated splash pad drain, an open-cut waterline tie-in requiring a temporary road closure, and a corroded culvert; that change order adds $52,247.19 for a new contract total of $1,858,247.19. Each of these memos was approved by voice vote.
