The Minocqua Plan Commission approved Administrative Review Permit #27-26 to allow Karri Bruette to operate a massage-therapy business in Unit 3 of the Boardwalk Shoppes (8532 Highway 51) by a 7-0 vote.
Carla Blankenship told commissioners the unit is in a Business B-6 zone and that "3 parking spaces are required for this use and 42 total parking spaces are required for the current occupancy of the Boardwalk Shoppes, and 42 parking spaces are provided." The commission approved the permit with no further conditions recorded.
