No height variance was required and the applicant's planner said the project would not impede lake views.
Donna Holmquist, the applicant’s planner, presented aerial exhibits and photographs and said she did not feel the proposed height "will impede any views of the lake by the neighboring property owners." The Board Engineer and planner reviewed items in their report and the board voted to approve the application with the professional recommendations (including removing a cable notation from the plan and considering a bubbler system meeting township ordinance).
