Attorney Gerard Simeone told the Board his client, Carl Perrello, received approval in 2018 for a lot line adjustment but that the deeds were never perfected at the County. Simeone said Perrello is selling the property and the Title Company found deed descriptions did not match, so the applicant sought reinstatement of the prior resolution to correct recorded documents.
With no public present, Vice-Chairwoman Galfo moved to approve the reinstatement of the resolution; Chairman Williams seconded and the motion carried with the Board voting in favor as recorded in the minutes.
