The Minocqua Plan Commission unanimously approved Administrative Review Permit #25-26 for Knotty Pine Resort, allowing two previously separate condominium units to be combined into one dwelling and used as a tourist rooming house for stays under 30 consecutive days.
Carla Blankenship said the property is zoned multi-family and "was previously two units now combined into one house, and all is in compliance." The commission approved the permit on a 7-0 voice vote with no additional conditions recorded. The units are identified in county records as Units 1 and 2 combined into one dwelling at the Knotty Pine Resort Condominium.
