The Milton Development Review Board continued a Major Site Plan hearing for a proposed triplex at 25 School Street after members identified inconsistent dimensions in submitted plans and outstanding technical documentation. Applicant Dylan Corr, who attended by Zoom, is seeking Major Site Plan approval for a three-unit building on Parcel #132022-003000 (SPAN 396-123-10396), a parcel recorded as 4.08 acres in the Old Towne Residential/Commercial (M5) zoning district and Town Core Planning Area.
Board members and staff discussed site-visit findings, noting the board reiterated that testimony was not taken during the site visit. The board asked for a survey or proof of property line, a parking plan, a lighting plan, details on grading, drainage and stormwater, landscaping, and clarification on whether a wetland permit will be required for proposed driveway, parking and shed work within the wetland buffer. Steve Thompson, an abutter at 29 School Street, asked that any deviation to allow excavation and fill in the side setback not be permitted and requested screening be provided along the shared property line. Julie Rutz, a DRB member, moved to continue the hearing to Aug. 13, 2026; Nick Smith seconded, and the motion was approved unanimously.
