Prevention and intervention group finalizing workbook, plans CoC validation

Julie King told the committee that the prevention and intervention work group has compiled a collaborative workbook that consolidates program, eligibility and funding information; the workbook is not yet finalized and requires validation with the three Continuums of Care (Southern, Northern and rural/Tribal) before it can be used for gap analysis.
Michelle Fuller Hellauer and other members agreed the workbook should be shared as a Google Sheet for ease of collaboration and to avoid duplicate work across groups. "Our workbook is pretty vast right now... it needs to be validated," the chair said; the group plans follow‑up meetings in early August and to share the document with CoC leadership for confirmation of the information collected.
