"City Council reviewed the policy and had no comments, other than the park section should be approved by the park board," staff member James said, and the board voted to adopt the parks section as recommended. Several board members asked staff to schedule an annual review (to align with fee adjustments) and to ensure cleanup responsibilities and deposit language protect the parks department from unplanned maintenance costs.
