Council orders billing adjustment after plumber confirms outside meter plumbing at 64 Skyline Drive

Council Member Steve Romnes reported that Thein well recommended adjusting motor speed to stop check-valve slamming and that he completed the adjustment. Regarding 64 Skyline Drive, a plumber confirmed the outside meter is plumbed directly into the inside meter; the council agreed to adjust that resident's bill to half the outside reading and to not charge sewer for the outside water. Mayor Paige Attarian will calculate the revised bill.
The discussion also covered other operational items: Allied will spray patch most streets except a new road, Jet Black repaired cracking at no cost, and the city is seeking a bid to clean the Skyline sign. City Hall internet service was changed to Fidium, which recommended a phone-line change for the facility.
