Voucher-subsidy subcommittee to interview service providers as it refines emergency and deposit assistance

Would we split that between 6 to 12 months?" the subcommittee lead said, summarizing the policy questions under consideration. The group reviewed eligibility and verification approaches (proof of income, work status) and agreed to meet providers again before recommending a final program design.
Staff said the subcommittee will continue drafting basic eligibility criteria and will present recommended language for pilot design at a future meeting. The board did not vote on funding levels for these subsidies at this session.
