Jeremy Engle seconded the motion and it passed all‑in‑favor.
On an action item, Jeremy Engle moved to approve an overnight trip for State Knowledge Bowl to Wenatchee on March 20–21, 2026; Chad Cornmesser seconded and the board unanimously approved the trip. Chair Stephanie Stout announced the board entered an executive session at 6:27 p.m. to discuss personnel matters under RCW 42.30.110(g) for 30 minutes; the board exited at 6:57 p.m. and adjourned. Minutes will be signed at the Feb. 25, 2026 regular meeting.
