City Administrator Rod Davisson distributed a new finance-report template to Council and described it as his "first shot at creating a template that can be updated monthly." Council member Robert Kramer asked for more detailed information on the City's debt — what loans the City has, outstanding balances for each loan, and remaining terms — and said he wanted transparency about obligations. Davisson replied that the City's debt-coverage ratio is solid and cautioned that the City should remain fiscally careful despite a strong start to the year. Council did not vote on any finance appropriations at the meeting; the template will be used for future monthly reporting.
