Authority reports 47 PHA vacancies and seven tenant notices for January

Secretary Kaitlin Leary told the board that PHA vacancies totaled 47 for January, compared with 33 at the same time last year. She reported that Pintlar Apartments had zero vacancies for the same period.
Leary also reported seven tenant notices in January: four 3‑Day Notices (three were paid and one entered a payment agreement), one 14‑Day Notice (paid), and two Notices to Appear related to tenants receiving two consecutive 3‑Day Notices; agreements were reached in those cases.
