Authority reports higher PHA vacancies year-over-year; Pintlar remains fully occupied

Assistant Director Paul Fenchak briefed the board on vacancy levels. He said PHA vacancies totaled fifty‑one (51) for the month of May, compared with thirty (30) for the same period the previous year. The Secretary added that Pintlar vacancies were zero for May and also zero for the year-earlier period.
Board members noted the increase in PHA vacancies as an item for further monitoring while the RAD transition continues and staff manage relocations and leasing activity. No formal action was taken at the meeting specifically to alter occupancy strategies.
