Housing Authority reports $1.47M in savings and investment; PHA delinquency down from last year

Secretary Kaitlin Leary presented the Authority's February financial statements to the board. She reported PHA balances: checking at First Montana Bank $31,135.16, Money Market $200,000.00 and an ICS Sweep Account balance of $1,241,610.31, for total savings and investments of $1,472,745.47. Delinquent accounts totaled $2,430 compared with $7,237.48 at the same time last year.
For the Pintlar Apartments Leary reported a General Fund balance of $166,657.58 (which includes the siding and windows loan amount), a loan-savings account balance of $4,197.93 and a Security Deposit Account balance of $5,624.85, for combined savings of $176,480.36 and total savings plus checking of $185,777.25. Delinquent accounts for Pintlar were $360.00, up from $30.00 at this time last year.
