Plymouth Board of Assessors unanimously approves meeting minutes and routine reports

The Town of Plymouth Board of Assessors met on March 10, 2026, and unanimously approved the open minutes from the Jan. 20, 2026 meeting after a motion by James Sullivan that was seconded by Adam Bond. Adam Bond later moved to accept the open minutes of Feb. 10, 2026; that motion was seconded by Michael Hourahan and also passed unanimously.
The board also reviewed and approved the Fiscal Year 2026 motor vehicle end-of-month reports and approved Personal Property and Buzzards Bay Water uncollectable accounts as presented. Donna Pendexter, assistant assessor, was listed as staff present for the meeting. These approvals were recorded as routine procedural items to maintain the town’s official records.
