Danny also noted upcoming IT integration work with an integration weekend scheduled and possible downtime as the city transitions systems.
Commissioners asked about intermunicipal cooperation on treatment plant investments, tracking Baxter flows, and whether renewable procurement rules would require Minnesota‑sourced renewables or allow market PPAs; staff said they are awaiting clarification on procurement rules and will follow up.
