Commission approves $66,000 fee amendment for HR Green to complete FEMA LOMAR work on lift station

He told commissioners that the invoices tracked the additional work and that the letter and modeling have been completed and signed by city staff. A numerical inconsistency was flagged during discussion: staff initially referenced $64,000 but corrected the requested amendment amount to $66,000. The commission moved and approved the fee amendment.
Paul also reminded the commission that the original HR Green contract was $494,000 and that the amendment will increase the overall agreement; staff noted coordination with Widseth and the Minnesota DNR had taken place during the ordinance and application process.
