Lincoln County commissioner candidate introduces herself to Newport council

"Strong communities don't happen by accident," Don said, adding that she has spent two decades managing public programs and budgets and building partnerships across government, industry and local organizations. She told the council she looks forward to working with Newport if elected and offered to meet councilors individually to discuss local priorities.
