Council approves surplus of two vehicles and greenlights design contract for NW 55th Street

Separately, Engineering presented a professional services agreement with Verdantas to design the NW 55th Street improvement project. Todd Judge said design costs are $188,635, which fits within the $300,000 budget allocation for this year; council authorized the City Manager to execute the agreement subject to final legal review.
