Board notes NorthWestern gas‑line work, recent sewer leak and HUD tenant complaint

She also reported an emergency sewer line leak at Cedar Park Homes on Jan. 13 that leaked into a building crawl space and required one tenant household to be placed in a hotel for two nights.
Leary noted the HUD Field Office advised it had received a tenant complaint about HACA; the Field Office believes the matter is resolved for the time being but board members may be contacted. No formal action was taken; the items were entered for information and follow up by staff as needed.
