Authority reports $1.48 million in savings and lower delinquencies in December

Secretary Kaitlin Leary presented December financial statements showing the Housing Authority's total savings and investments at "$1,482,895.71" and a PHA checking balance at First Montana of $26,832.33. She noted delinquent accounts totaled $4,121.34 for PHA, down from $12,496.32 at the same time last year.
Leary also reviewed Pintlar figures: General Fund balance $157,447.31 (which includes a siding and windows loan), loan amount $13,352.50, savings accounts combined $167,269.17, and a combined savings plus checking balance of $176,796.16; Pintlar delinquent accounts were $160.29, compared with $593.00 the prior year.
