Jerome Urban Renewal Agency adopts 2025 annual report, directs filing with state

The Urban Renewal Agency of Jerome on March 26, 2026 adopted Resolution No. 03-26 to approve its annual report for calendar year 2025 and to direct filing of that report with the City of Jerome and the Idaho State Controller.
Accounting and Budget Manager Lori McCrae told the board that “there were no changes to the report presented on March 5th.” Commissioner Jason Peterson moved to adopt the resolution and Commissioner Bryan Craig seconded; the motion passed unanimously with Commissioners Shonna Fraser, Bryan Craig and Jason Peterson voting aye.
The resolution, titled the “Annual Report Resolution,” authorizes technical corrections and directs that the Chair, Vice-Chair, or Agency Administrator submit the annual report on or before March 31, 2026, consistent with Idaho Code Section 50-2006(5)(c). The board also noted that the agency previously posted the draft report on the city website and made copies available at the City Clerk’s office.
Next steps: staff is authorized to file the final report with the City of Jerome and the Idaho State Controller by the statutory March 31 filing deadline.
