Chairman Carl McEntarffer told the committee Main Street Market is supplying hams for the community breakfast associated with the Easter Egg Hunt and will have them cut for the event. Secretary Katie Elliott provided scheduling details: "The breakfast starts at 8:30 a.m. and the Easter Egg hunt starts at 10:00 a.m.," she said. Committee members discussed egg placement, providing a bench for the Easter bunny, and when remaining supplies should be delivered to the Rec District; Loralee McKee said the Rec District has the event running very well.
No formal vote was recorded; staff and committee members agreed to coordinate logistics and deliver remaining supplies to the Rec District before the event.
