City plans voter-file poll to test bond messaging; firm says 400 completes, live calls

Wright gave the technical parameters: “Its a 400 sample, which gives you a 95% confidence rate by 4.9% margin of error.”
The poll will test price sensitivity, project-level descriptions and a mocked-up ballot caption; consultants will present results to council on May 18 and recommend message priorities based on the findings.
