Committee confirms Donna Perkins to State Parole Board

Perkins described her background and said she ‘‘come[s] to this position, with 19 years of law enforcement’’ experience in records management for the Department of Public Safety. The committee asked for clarification about a report item on her prior employment dates; Perkins explained she had taken comp time and asked HR to amend her last employment date so she could report on Nov. 17, and the chair said the paperwork has been rectified.
Pro Tem moved to advise and consent; the committee voted in favor and the chair announced Perkins’s confirmation, adding that required paperwork, including a statement of economic interest, had been filed. The committee then rose and reported.
