Senate Judiciary & Rules forwards two Pardons and Parole nominees to the Senate floor

Senator Wintrow moved to send the reappointment “to the floor with a recommendation that he be confirmed by the Senate,” and the minutes record Senator Ricks as seconding the motion; the motion carried by voice vote. The committee then voted to send the gubernatorial appointment of Dylan Hobson to the Commission of Pardons and Parole, term commencing October 16, 2025–January 1, 2027. Senator Ruchti moved and Senator Foreman seconded; that motion also carried by voice vote.
