At 7:13 p.m. on Aug. 19 the Dakota Dunes CID Board moved into executive session to discuss economic development and legal matters. The motion to go into executive session was made by Mr. Shorma and seconded by Mr. Wetz; roll-call votes were recorded as Beaulieu – aye, Shorma – aye, Shanafelt – aye, Finzen – aye, Wetz – aye. Jesse (counsel), Andrew Tramp and Amanda Sindelar remained in attendance; Nathan Connelly and Jay Layman were present for part of the session and departed at 8:03 p.m.
The board moved out of executive session at 8:30 p.m. and stated no actions were taken on economic development or legal items. No substantive motions or votes were recorded in the minutes arising from the executive session.
