The motion to approve first reading was made by Mr. Shorma and seconded by Mr. Wetz; the vote was 5-0.
The ordinance was introduced as a codification measure; the board approved first reading only, and subsequent readings or formal adoption steps (if required by local rules) will be scheduled per the district's ordinance-adoption procedures.
