Council introduces Parks CIP and awards golf course smallware purchase to Trimark

Parks & Recreation Director and Assistant City Manager Dave Johnson presented an introduction to the 2027–2032 Parks Capital Improvement Plan; council heard the overview and the plan will return to the consent calendar for formal approval at a future meeting.
Council also approved Resolution No. R-26-2079 awarding the Lake Wilderness Golf Course clubhouse kitchen, restaurant and banquet hall smallware purchase to Trimark USA, LLC and authorized the City Manager to execute a purchase order. The motion to approve the resolution was made by Councilmember Burberry and seconded by Councilmember Parnello and passed 6-0.
No fiscal amount for the Trimark purchase was recorded in the minutes submitted; the purchase award was recorded as an authorization to proceed with procurement.
