Selectboard confirms appointments and renews Orange Lake liquor licenses

In routine business the Selectboard appointed Mark Higgins as West Windsor's representative to the Southern Windsor/Windham Counties Solid Waste Management District for the term April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. The board left the alternate representative position vacant.
The board also appointed Rita Rice as the Mountains Edge Condo Association's representative to the town's Utility Advisory Committee, replacing Wayne Scarsilloni. In addition, the Selectboard approved First‑, Second‑ and Third‑Class liquor license renewals for Orange Lake, effective May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. All motions carried unanimously.
