The Selectboard approved the Brad M. Ruderman & Associates proposal to perform a boundary survey of the Mary L. Blood Memorial Library property for an amount not to exceed $2,300, to be paid from the Library Improvement Fund. Town Administrator Matt Frederick said the survey would inform plans for any exterior changes if the library is awarded a HUD grant for which it applied in late March.
Frederick relayed that Michael Epstein, chair of the library trustees, suggested the Library Improvement Fund as the appropriate account for the expense. John Brodie made the motion to approve the surveying proposal and the board voted unanimously in favor.
