A motion to approve the event application and a separate motion to approve the required DLL permit were both moved, seconded and recorded as carried with all in favor. No conditions or restrictions were recorded in the minutes beyond the approvals.
The approvals clear Brownsville Butcher & Pantry to hold the private event on March 16 at Ascutney Outdoors subject to any standard permit terms and compliance with town policies.
